Manisha’s experience in the public and private sectors provide her with a deep expertise in navigating the global business arena. As Assistant Secretary at the U.S. State Department from November 2017 to January 2021, she was the lead official on digital policy, cyber economy, intellectual property, sanctions, foreign investment, international trade, travel and finance.

Having begun her public service roles on Capitol Hill, Manisha served as Deputy Chief Counsel, and later Senior Professional Staff to the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations where she was the liaison to the business community and worked to craft international trade and business policy.

Prior to working in politics, Manisha served as a corporate attorney at multinational law firms, including Reed Smith LLP and Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP, where she advised companies from start-ups to large multinationals and counselled senior executives on corporate strategies and new ventures.

In addition to her role at Bondi Partners, Manisha sits on the Board of Trustees at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, the Board of Advisors at the American Foreign Policy Council and Advisory Committee at the Meridian International Diplomatic Engagement Center among other engagements.
