Anthony Lazzoppina
Anthony has extensive experience in public market, private market and cross border mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt raisings, principal equity investments, restructurings, hedging strategies, communications, tax law and accounting.
Prior to joining Bondi Partners, Anthony held senior national investment banking roles with Investec, Credit Suisse and Barclays where he led complex transactions with counterparties across North Asia, South East Asia, Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East.
At Bondi Partners, Anthony leads the firm’s investments and transactions practice driving growth for clients by bringing unique insights, skills and experience to help them unlock material value. Anthony is also an Investment Director for our 1941 Fund.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business (major Accounting), a Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is a former National Senior Committee Member and lecturer for the M&A faculty and Valuations faculty of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
