Bayleigh Jefferson is an Associate based in the Washington, D.C. office, with expertise in stakeholder engagement strategies, government affairs, policy analysis and political communication. At Bondi Partners, she supports the firm’s energy, natural resources, and critical mineral practice, contributing to client engagements across mining and metals, oil and gas, and energy portfolios. She also supports clients navigating highly regulated consumer and technology markets.

Before joining Bondi Partners, Bayleigh was the Special Assistant for Stakeholder Engagement in the Office of the National Cyber Director at the White House. In this role, she helped advise the office’s external relations with industry, civil society, and state and local governments, and supported the execution of the National Cybersecurity Strategy Implementation Plan.
