Ian Schurr

Ian is an Associate – Government Relations based in the Washington, D.C. office, working across policy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments and advance their priorities.

Before joining Bondi Partners, he spent four years at Gravity Research, most recently as an Associate Research Director, where he led a team supporting Fortune 500 clients across sectors including health, energy, defense, and financial services. He specializes in translating policy and regulatory developments into clear, actionable insights through stakeholder mapping, network analysis, and legislative monitoring.

Earlier in his career, Ian held roles at the Office of Management and Budget and the House Appropriations Committee, providing him with firsthand experience in federal budget and appropriations processes.
