Jenny Bonadio

Jenny Bonadio is the Washington D.C.-based Director of Consulting at Bondi Partners where she leads clients in navigating the complexities of the U.S. market, regulatory environment, and federal government.

Over the past five years at Bondi Partners, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and Boards on market entry, trade policy, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management. Jenny designs and implements strategies that open new market opportunities, strengthen relationships, and position clients to compete and grow.

As a strategy and government affairs leader, Jenny’s portfolio spans multiple sectors including healthcare, medical devices, highly-regulated consumer markets, energy, defense technology, and advanced manufacturing.

Prior to joining Bondi Partners, Jenny spent over a decade as Co-Founder and Principal of Lismore Advisors, where she was recognized for her ability to manage complex engagements, build high-performing teams and deliver results for clients in demanding environments. Earlier in her career, she held Director-level roles in strategy, operations and marketing at R.R. Donnelley where she managed growth investments to diversify a $6B portfolio. She has also led major technology initiatives for Goldman Sachs and Accenture.

Jenny holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University.
