Jeremy Thorpe
Based in Sydney, Jeremy Thorpe leads Bondi Partners’ Australian consulting practice, advising businesses on capturing new opportunities and navigating complex commercial, regulatory and government-related risks.
At Bondi Partners, Jeremy has developed and executed strategies for both domestic companies and international firms entering Australia, as well as leading economic analysis to support major stakeholder engagement programs and litigation processes.
Jeremy helps clients understand market opportunities in sectors shaped by government policy and spending, engage effectively with government and key stakeholders, respond to legislative and regulatory change, and secure approvals for transactions, including from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and the Treasurer.
Prior to joining Bondi Partners, Jeremy spent almost two decades as a Partner at PwC Australia, where he served as Chief Economist and, at various times, led both the national Economics and Policy team and the Canberra office.
He began his career in the Australian Public Service, working at the Commonwealth Treasury and the Industry Commission (now the Productivity Commission).
