Oscar Watts

Oscar is a fellow based in the Sydney office with expertise in the foreign policy, national security, and domestic politics of Australia and the United States.

In 2023, he was awarded the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s New Colombo Plan grant for a semester at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. While in Singapore, he gained insights into foreign affairs and public policy from a Southeast Asian perspective.
