Tom O'Farrell

Tom O’Farrell is a Senior Associate based in the Sydney office with expertise in defence, mining, infrastructure, and financial services. He works as part of our strategic advisory practice to advise on market entry, growth, stakeholder engagement and policy and regulation.

Previously he worked as a management consultant where he advised Australia’s Department of Defence on procurement, contract management and industry engagement. His first career was as an Army Officer, where he gained a wealth of experience in leading teams of up to 100 people and working collaboratively with multi-agency and international colleagues to plan and execute military operations.
